Once the complaints reach us, they will be taken up by an abuse representative in sync with our legal team. The emails/tickets are sorted out based on the issue, concern, or inquiry.
When seen that the report is applicable, the team will resolve the issue immediately. Based on the issue, it could involve incorporating communication with the registered domain holder. At every instance in the middle of the abuse resolution process, all the complaints will be overseen. Tindo works to resolve everything as soon as possible
